Energy fleet data, finally serving every stakeholder.
For OEMs building fuel cells, electrolyzers, battery storage, CHP and industrial generators. We turn your installed base into one Medallion foundation that serves engineering, product management, service and business simultaneously, plus a customer-facing reporting layer your operators actually use.
See stack degradation and drift before a system underperforms, and send the right specialist with the right part the first time.
Availability guarantees and SLA reporting your operators pay for, tiered into a subscription instead of free firefighting.
Engineering, service, product and business each get the view they need from one foundation, instead of a spreadsheet mailed once a quarter.
How we work in your energy fleet.
Four steps from your installed base to a reporting layer that serves engineering, product management, service and business at the same time.
Connect your fleet, your historian and your service desk
We integrate with your IXON or Secomea deployment without touching router or device-template configuration. Plus historians (PI System, AVEVA Wonderware) and your service ticketing tool, so engineering, service and business pull from the same source.
Build the foundation around system, customer and stakeholder
Medallion architecture on Azure with system serial, customer site, application type and stakeholder context as first-class dimensions. Bronze, Silver, Gold with optional intermediate layers where the data complexity calls for it.
Serve every stakeholder from one foundation
Power BI per stakeholder group: business, product management, service and technical support, engineering. Each role gets the cuts they need without forking the data model. Plus a customer-facing layer your operators see.
Turn historic patterns into reason codes
We mine historic service tickets and telemetry to extract recurring patterns: stack voltage drift, cell membrane drying, temperature creep, balance-of-plant anomalies. The Activate layer proposes the matching reason code. Your specialist validates before anyone drives anywhere.
Full technical breakdown of every building block on what we build →
One foundation, four reporting roadmaps.
Energy OEMs report to more internal stakeholder groups than most other sectors. We build the foundation once, then deliver per-group reporting on top.
Business
Fleet revenue, service margin, customer retention, contract performance. Board-level views that aggregate across customer sites and application types.
Product Management
Performance vs spec, degradation curves per generation, application-fit signals, customer feedback loops. Inputs to the next product roadmap.
Service & Tech Support
Open tickets, reason codes, MTBF and MTTR per archetype, spare parts pressure, dispatch optimisation. The operational layer that keeps customers running.
Engineering
Failure mode telemetry, balance-of-plant trends, component-level wear patterns. The deepest cut, with raw signals where engineering needs them.
Three modules. Energy defaults.
Same Medallion foundation as the rest of our work. Different defaults out of the box, because energy systems are not generic OEM equipment.
Fleet Performance
Availability, performance vs spec and degradation curves across fuel cells, electrolyzers, battery storage, CHP and generators. Side-by-side comparisons per application type, customer site and product generation. The view engineering and product management both work from.
Discover Fleet Performance →Service Intelligence
Cell voltage drift, membrane drying, balance-of-plant anomalies, temperature creep. The patterns that predict the next dispatch. Reason codes derived from your historic ticket data, validated by your specialist before action.
Discover Service Intelligence →Customer Service Portal
A white-label portal your operators log into to see system availability, degradation tracking, open alarms, service ETAs and historic performance. Embedded under your brand, your domain, your authentication. Operators see your portal, not StriData.
Discover Customer Service Portal →Published case: TMI.
A machine builder we partnered with through IXON. Published, named and quotable. Proof of how we turn IXON machine data into customer-facing analytics, on top of the systems you already run.

What we built together
TMI's customers were asking for machine performance data and a single source of truth combining IXON machine data with their own ERP and CRM. We built a no-code Power BI connector that turned IXON data into a customer-facing analytics layer, embedded inside TMI's own service portfolio.

Questions energy and power systems OEMs ask us.
We already have IXON or a PI System historian. Do you replace it?
No. We integrate. Connectivity deployments stay with your existing partner. Historians keep their place in your stack. We add the Medallion data foundation, reporting layer and Activate layer on top. We are an IXON Partner and routinely integrate with PI System, AVEVA Wonderware and similar industrial historians.
How do you handle safety-critical and regulatory requirements (e.g., hydrogen, electrical)?
We work on the data visibility and analytics layer. We are not in the safety-critical control path. We do not replace your safety systems, your regulatory compliance processes or your operational technology controls. We make data correlations visible to engineering, service and operators in ways their existing tools don't.
Can the platform serve engineering, product management, service and business from one foundation?
Yes. That's exactly the pattern we run in energy engagements. One Medallion foundation, four reporting roadmaps on top, each tuned to the stakeholder group's vocabulary and decision context. Engineering sees raw telemetry. Service sees reason codes. Product management sees performance vs spec. Business sees fleet revenue.
What about degradation curves and lifetime modelling?
First-class. Degradation is a primary KPI for fuel cells, electrolyzers and batteries. We make degradation per system, per generation, per application context comparable. Engineering uses this for failure-mode work; product management uses it for the next product roadmap; commercial uses it for warranty and contract design.
Do you replace our service ticketing or CMMS?
No. We integrate. Reason codes and proposed dispatches flow into your existing ticket or CMMS tool. Your service specialists keep working where they already work today. We add the data correlation and pattern detection on top of what your service organisation already does.
