We translate industrial data into business outcomes.
StriData is a small, founder-led firm based in the Netherlands, started in 2022 by Martijn van Dijk and Jeroen van Dijk. We sit between OT, IT and business at machine builders and manufacturers, and turn industrial data into outcomes the operation can act on. Technically grounded, with validation where it matters.
Why we started StriData.
We had spent years watching the same pattern at machine builders and manufacturers. Sensors had been added, dashboards had been built, remote access was rolled out across the fleet. But the operation kept running on memory, gut feel and phone calls. The data was there. Nobody acted on it.
The reason was rarely technology. It was translation. The OT team spoke in PLC tags and sensor signals. The IT team spoke in tables and APIs. The business asked for dashboards but couldn't read them. Everyone was right in their own corner, nobody was aligned across them. That gap is where decisions die.
So in 2022 the two of us started StriData to close that gap, narrowly and on purpose. We don't do generic business intelligence, and we don't do everything. We build on top of what you already have: one Medallion foundation and a set of reusable modules, across machine-builder and manufacturer sectors. Small, focused, technically grounded, and honest about what we don't do. That's how we work.
Founder-led, deliberately small.
StriData is run by its two co-founders, Martijn van Dijk and Jeroen van Dijk. Architecture, scoping, customer conversations and most of the delivery thinking sit with us. That keeps the company close to the work and accountable for every engagement we take on.
When projects need additional capacity, we bring in trusted specialists from a working network: Power BI engineers, Azure data engineers, industrial automation consultants. They're named in the project, paid for in the project, and stay engaged for the duration. We don't hide them behind a generic "our team" claim.
If the engagement requires capabilities we don't have or don't want to scale into, we'll tell you. Honesty about scope starts with team composition.
Partners and published proof.
The public proof you can verify outside of our own words.
IXON Technology Alliance Partner
Jeroen van Dijk sealing the partnership with Pieter van Lith of IXON, 2023.
Since 2023 StriData has been a recognised IXON Technology Alliance Partner. We integrate with IXON deployments without touching router or device-template configuration, working alongside your existing setup rather than replacing it. We also work with Secomea and Beijer CloudVPN deployments. Vendor-neutral by design.
TMI · packaging machine builder
TMI builds complete lines for bagging, palletising and stretch-wrapping, with installations across food, agro-feed, chemicals and recycling. StriData built a no-code Power BI connector that turned IXON machine data into a customer-facing analytics layer. TMI's customers stopped calling for data; they now see it live, combined with their own ERP and CRM sources.
Van Loon Group · food manufacturer
Van Loon Group runs multiple food production sites. StriData linked PatchOEE machine data and Reflex ERP at production-order and line level, creating one reliable foundation for shop-floor screens and Power BI reporting across locations.
